The PowerDoc System provides allows you to automate specimen
collection and accession entry at remote draw stations or at
your clients’ practices. It provides the ability to enter all
data for a specimen (accession) before it is collected. Final
results are available for your client as results become available
and can be printed as official documents.

Patient demographics and desired tests are entered at the physicians site, eliminating
transcription errors, speeding entry at the lab. Offered in two versions, an Internet
and a direct connect (modem) based. The direct connect version offers the security of a
dedicated dial-up line and no data passes over the public Internet. However, this requires
the lab to maintain multiple phone lines and a bank of modems, depending on the number of
physicians served. Our advanced i-Power Doc System uses the internet on a completely
encrypted secure connection, features a GUI interface and requires only a single internet
connection from the lab to our central routing server.
As an additional option, the Physician’s EMR or PMS can be tied into the PowerDoc
Systems This insures that you get the insurance, demographic and diagnoses codes to
simplify billing.
PowerDoc System Support includes help desk for both the Doctors Office and for your Lab Staffs.
